The start of a new decade is upon us. Though this has mostly semantic importance, it is a good opportunity to take a step back and take a look at the big picture.

Looking back, the past decade has seen Maritime Pro influencing significant mind shifts in the industry, starting by making many in house & respective job training available for our seafarers. This has helped our Myanmar officers & ratings to become highly efficient, with a visibly increasing productivity.

Looking towards the future, it seems pretty safe to say that the shipping industry is going to be reshaped within the next decade. Technology, data, regulations, macroeconomic change are all pointing towards new directions, with challenges and opportunities.

At Maritime Pro, if we are to make a New Decade's resolution, it would be that we will keep re-inventing ourselves to make sure we remain relevant and positioned in such a way we can better serve the transforming shipping industry.
